TCGG starts by understanding and building a shared vision with the developer to address all project needs and create and customize a plan for each project.  We are then able to advise and/or participate in all phases of the development, including site evaluation, analysis and structure, financial modeling and budgets, business and sales plans, construction, advertising, and marketing oversight, as well as staff training.
